Congratulations to club Instructor Nick, who has attained SKIEF European Referee Grade C.
At last weeks SKIEF European Technical Seminar held in Vejle, Denmark Nick attended a two day instruction course concluded with written and practical examination.
On Saturday evening Nick was presented with a Grade C pass (for both Kata and Kumite), allowing him to be a Fukushin, corner judge, at SKIF European Championships.
Nick had previously attended the referees course in Gyor, Hungary last year at the SKIF World Championships where he was allowed, by special permission, to act as Fukushin.
Nick has for a long time now acted as Fukushin at many SKIF-GB championships and more recently as Shushin (centre referee) at the SKIF-GB National Championships earlier this month.
Nick must wait a minimum of a year before been eligible to test for Shushin at the next available SKIEF Referee examinations.
