The next SKIF-GB Wales & Southwest Regional Karate squad will take place on Sunday 16th April 2023.

Sensei Dave Griffiths (7th Dan) will again lead our next karate squad in Bristol, assisted by Sensei Steve Ashby and the other blackbelts.
The karate squad sessions concentrate on building your fitness for competition and numerous drills for kumite to improve your dexterity and reactions.
This session is one week before the 44th Shiro Asano National Karate Championships, so great timing to brush up on those Kumite and Kata skills.
As always bring your mitts and some water to keep hydrated.
